Génia’s workforce allows the calculation of 2 indicators.

Génia obtains a professional gender equality index of 40/45 for the year 2022 (for the fiscal year 2021) with the following indicators:

  • The distribution gap for individual increases (35 points out of 35),
  • Gender parity among the 10 highest paid employees (5 points out of 10).
